Celebrities Without Their Makeup is a recurring sketch that appeared in seasons 1 and 2, inspired by a real recurring feature in MAD Magazine.
The first two installments were narrated by Diedrich Bader and Kevin Shinick, respectively. Beginning with the third installment, the sketches were narrated by Dana Snyder.

- Da Grinchy Code / Duck is the first segment to include a holiday-related segment (Christmas one).
- In Pokémon Park / WWER, the MAD news announced that Russell Brand tweeted Katy Perry without her makeup, making her look like a lemur. However, this didn't appear on any Celebrities Without Their Makeup. It's possible it will appear soon, however.
- Some of the "Celebrities" in this segment are cartoon characters.
