Summary of Character[]
Lightning McQueen is the protagonist of the 2006 Disney/Pixar feature film Cars, and the deuteragonist of 2011's infamous sequel Cars 2. He returns as the protagonist in Cars 3. In Cars, McQueen is a rookie racer, tied with Chick Hicks and the King for the points lead in the Piston Cup stock car racing circuit.
