Thomas Knowler is the lead animator for the MAD episodes Kitchen Nightmares Before Christmas / How I Met Your Mummy and Al Pacino and the Chipmunks / That's What Super Friends Are For and for seasons 3 and 4. Thomas is a School of Visual Arts (New York City) graduate and also studied at the University of Westminster, UK. He had the chance to work with Bill Plympton (as his mentor) whilst animating his thesis project, Gorge. Thomas grew up in London and lived briefly in New York. Now working as an animator and illustrator with a variety of clients, including Cartoon Network, British Museum, Rothschilds Distribution France, Arts Admin.
