- This is the only time Under the Dome appeared.
- This is the third appearance of the Sketch Stork. The first was The Great Batsby and the second was Saved by Adele.
- Homer and Bart Simpson from the Simpsons appeared in this sketch, but they had different looks than the original show:
- Homer's shirt is blue and white plaid instead of plain white and his pants are green instead of blue. Also, his hair was brown.
- Bart's shirt is green and white instead of orange.
- Homer and Bart Simpson accuse the series Under the Dome of copying the plot of The Simpsons Movie, Under the Dome was a novel made in 2009 created by Steven King, two years after The Simpsons Movie came out in 2007.
